Fueled is FAST

This program is for the self-paced athlete that is just looking for some extra guidance on their performance nutrition, injury prevention, race day fueling, and hydration strategy!

These courses are pre-recorded and you get to decide how you would like to pace yourself.

During this 4 week course you will also have access to:

  • Access to program modules x 1 year

  • One strategy session with DDN sports dietitian with year of registration

  • 10% off functional lab ordering and analysis (HSA/FSA accepted)
