Plant Based Mastermind is for active individuals who:
1) currently follow any form of a plant based diet
2) are interested in adopting a more plant forward way of eating
3) are interested in learning more about plant based diets
We will cover the basics of plant based eating, health and performance benefits that can come from it, and talk about specific key nutrients to be aware of. We will also be looking at some common mistakes that can be made and debunking some myths about plant based diets. Eating more plants comes with lots of benefits, and it's becoming more popular. It is our job to make sure you are doing it intentionally and continuing to fuel fiercely!
