Fueling Your "A" Race

Nutrition is 50% of your race. Do not leave your nutrition to chance and hope that everything will just fall into place.

You train for months, weeks, days, and hours for your "A" race (aka there is A LOT of effort and time that goes into this day). The training is just one piece of the puzzle that needs to fall into place on race day. Nutrition is 50% of your race!

Fueling Your "A" Race will be a 3 week course:

  • Thursday, April 25 at 6pm mst

  • Thursday, May 2 at 6pm mst

  • Thursday, May 9 at 6pm mst

In this course, you will develop a tried and true plan for race day so you can race FIERCELY.

** Recordings will be available for those unable to attend live.
